Thinking of Changing To Superfoods & a Raw Diet

Are you interested in a super-food/raw-food diet, but like me you don’t think you can do it all the time?

The truth is, you don’t have to, especially not to start.

In today’s world we are conditioned to be quick and efficient, and to be quick we have been introduced to fast food and processed food.

I think what a lot of people do wrong as do I (in the process of fixing my diet) is to think of the food being taken away, so of course with that kind of thinking it becomes nearly impossible to go for a super-food/raw-food diet.

However, if we try adding the super-food/raw-food into our existing diet, things like raw vegetables, sprouts, fruits, and juices, you won’t have such a hard time switching.

After adding these fruits to your diet you may not be as hungry and when you’re not hungry, you won’t give into buying fast food and processed food.

Since you will have more time to think about your purchases and you have become more accustomed to eating healthier. If you want that steak or even a McDonald’s hamburger, you can treat yourself to it, and it will taste so much better… or you may be so lucky that you will not want it at all.

Once you start eating Super-foods though, you will start to notice how good you feel and how much more energy you have, that hamburger just won’t look as good to you anymore.

In the process of changing your diet and after transformation you do want to be sure though, that you’re getting enough of the right kinds of nutrition.

Eating Super-foods/raw foods isn’t just enough you need to do some research on how to add your essential proteins to your new diet. Remember before you got your protein through your meat but now you have to get it through your vegetables and raw food so you need to know what to eat and what combinations you need to eat to get enough proteins.

One way to do this is to introduce a new vegetable or raw dish every week.

If you are to buy a new vegetable each week and get used to the taste by using it in your meal the whole week. By doing this you will adapt to the new tastes and textures and you will start feeling worse and worse for each time you go for fast food or processed food.
