Ready To Become Young Again?

It does not really matter what the number of your years add up to. The big question is how do you look, feel and perform? Most would agree that the quality of life is at least as important as the length of it and that we want our “health span” to equal our “life span.”

The fountain of youth has always been a most sought-after yet illusive quest of man. Does it really exist? Yes, it does, but not in a tangible or touchable form. The fountain of youth is an attitude, a way of thinking, a mind set, and a way of life.

You could describe youth as a feeling of wonder, of vitality and freshness; the opposite of cynical and worn out. So in that case younger in age or older in age it really doesn’t matter, we can be cynical and worn out at 30 years old and we can be full of wonder at 65 years old. Youth is a state of mind that can be found or lost at any age.

Each of us yearns to maintain our youthful appearance, energy and good health free from disease and sickness and now this is entirely possible. You can improve every aspect of your body inside and out – all over strength, bone mass, long and short-term memory, healing time, immune system and organ function and regain a youthful appearance.

All this can be achieved by changing your metabolism and your body chemistry through a proper program of strength training exercise.

Women and heart attacks (Myocardial infarction).  Did you know that women rarely have the same dramatic symptoms that men have when experiencing heart attack …
you know, the sudden stabbing pain in the chest, the cold sweat, grabbing the chest & dropping to the floor that we see in the movies.

Here is the story of one woman’s experience with a heart attack.
